Adam Lea – Employee Relations Specialist
Adam joined Rodericks Dental Partners after an accomplished career supporting HR in the education sector. Seeking professional growth, he embraced the unique challenges and opportunities of working in dentistry. “I really enjoy the challenges this role brings and being able to achieve positive solutions for our practices across the South,” Adam shares.

Lewis Scales – People and Compliance Coordinator
Lewis brings enthusiasm and a passion for growth to his role at Rodericks Dental Partners. With a love for learning and a proactive approach to his career, Lewis thrives in a fast-paced environment. “Every day is different, and I love that. I enjoy being busy and always having something meaningful to do” he says.
For Lewis, International Men’s Day is an opportunity to reflect on progress and advocacy. “It’s about encouraging men to speak openly about mental health, breaking the stigma and being fair, positive role models. It’s also about celebrating equality in the workplace.” This commitment is integral to his role, as he strives to ensure that every individual he interacts with feels valued and empowered.
Lewis credits Rodericks Dental Partners for supporting his career development, particularly through funding his CIPD Level 5 apprenticeship. “The exposure to various aspects of my field and the support for my education have been instrumental in helping me reach my career goals.”
When asked about the most rewarding aspect of his role, Lewis highlights the connections he’s built with colleagues. “Gaining new perspectives and experiences is invaluable for my personal and professional growth.”

Jacob Scholes – IT Supervisor
Jacob’s journey began with a degree in IT and a job at Asda, where he honed his technical and communication skills. Now, as IT Supervisor, he loves solving problems that empower teams to deliver outstanding patient care. “Resolving issues feels like my version of ‘scoring goals,’ and I take pride in the difference my work makes.”
