For the past five years, we have proudly partnered with Aspiration Training to support and develop our Dental Nurse Apprentices. Through this collaboration, we have helped aspiring dental nurses take their first steps into a rewarding career, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to thrive. In the past 12 months alone, we have seen incredible progress:

• 19 new learners have enrolled in the Dental Nurse Apprenticeship

• 43 trainees have successfully qualified as Dental Nurses

• 28 learners are currently studying with Aspiration Training

• 4 learners are in their final stage, preparing for their End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Tempdent - #Tempdent

Since 2013, Tempdent and Rodericks Dental Partners have worked together to support the next generation of dental professionals through high-quality apprenticeships. Their long-standing partnership has helped develop skilled dental nurses and other professionals across RDP’s network. Over the past year alone, they have successfully onboarded 70 apprentices, reinforcing their commitment to nurturing talent and providing valuable career pathways in dentistry.

Holly Huewen

Hi I’m Holly and my experience as an apprentice at Rodericks Dental Partners has been brilliant! I am most grateful for my Team who has helped guide me with technical knowledge through my ups and downs. I work in a very supportive and entertaining environment that helps me learn. I am very excited to develop in my role and pass my exams late this month!

Alfie Burge

Hi I’m Alfie I’ve recently passed my apprenticeship with grade distinction and I’m now training to be a junior IT engineer specialising in X-ray scanners and digital imaging. All throughout my apprenticeship I’ve had constant support from colleagues and fellow apprentices helping to achieve the highest grade I could. Every day in my role is a learning experience and it’s always great to have a new challenge!

Carter Steel

Hi, my name is Carter Steel. My apprenticeship at Rodericks Dental Partners has been the best. I have a great team who can support me in my journey to learn about computers and an amazing line manager who always has my back. I mainly deal with day-to-day issues. As I have grown in my role, I now significantly assist with our phone systems. I really enjoyed my trip to our data center and learning as much as I can from the wonderful people here.

Lewis Scales

I am currently undertaking a Level 5 CIPD apprenticeship, and I am incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement provided by my workplace. Their flexibility and commitment to my development have enabled me to excel in my learning, which will ultimately benefit both my personal growth and the organisation. This supportive environment has truly enhanced my ability to apply my studies effectively in the workplace and helping me to reach my career goals.
