I am a native of Wirral, having completed my schooling at St. Anselm's College, Birkenhead.

I qualified in 1989 from King College School of Medicine and Dentistry, University of London. Since then, apart from 2 years working in Ireland and Australia, I have worked in the North West of England developing my skills as a general dental practitioner.

My interests are in implantology and cosmetic dentistry, but I am equally comfortable treating the anxious patient. I recently gained a postgraduate qualification in Conscious Sedation at Liverpool University, but believe that a calm and relaxed approach to providing dental care is the best means of dealing with patients' anxiety. I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Implant Dentistry and an MSc obtained from the University of Salford.

Outside of dentistry, in addition to a busy family life, I have several interests, including membership of Prenton Golf Club and am a keen follower of a variety of sports, especially football and rugby.

After graduating from the University of Liverpool in 2008, I have spent the last 16 years working in general practice, joining Westbourne in 2016. I completed a PG cert in teaching and learning in clinical practice from Edge Hill University in 2024 and also work part-time as a clinical lecturer at the University of Liverpool.

I qualified in 2016 from Liverpool (I’m a bit of a home bird), and before Westbourne, I worked in Chester and Thornton for a number of years. When I’m not in surgery, I enjoy travelling, skiing, and walking my 2 very needy spaniels.

I graduated from The University of Manchester, where I qualified with a BSc in Dental Hygiene and Therapy in 2009. I have worked at both NHS and private dental practices and started working at Westbourne Dental Practice in 2017.

I enjoy keeping up to date with the latest developments in dentistry to ensure that I help my patients achieve and maintain a healthy mouth. I am passionate about giving patients the confidence so they can take control of their own oral health.

Outside of work, I enjoy pilates, reading, and relaxing with friends.

I have worked in the dental industry for 20+ years. I started in 2002 as a Dental Nurse and decided to further my career. I went on to study dental therapy at the University of Liverpool and qualified as a Dental Therapist in 2014. I have worked at Westbourne Dental Practice for almost 8 years, providing dental hygiene treatment. I enjoy helping people maintain a healthy mouth and making a difference to their confidence. I am committed to providing excellent patient care and a positive experience for all patients.

Hi, I am Rebecca. I joined the Westbourne team in September after previously being based in Sheffield. I particularly enjoy oral surgery and restorative work, but my favourite part of the job is improving patients’ self-confidence through their smile. When I’m not at work, you will catch me running, walking in the peaks, and catching up with friends over a coffee.

Dr. Kornelia qualified in 2003 from the Medical Academy of Lublin in Poland.

Committed to excellence in restorative and aesthetic dentistry, Dr. Kornelia earned a Postgraduate Certification in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry in 2014, followed by the successful completion of the Level II Training Course in Contemporary Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry with the British Academy of Aesthetic Restorative and Implant Dentistry in 2015.

In 2022, she further enhanced her expertise by obtaining a master’s degree in Dental Implantology from Salford University in Manchester.

With over twenty years of experience—particularly in full-mouth rehabilitation—Dr. Kornelia applies a minimally invasive approach and modern technology to produce harmonious, natural-looking treatment results for her patients. She is dedicated to enhancing both the function and aesthetics of her patients’ smiles while prioritising their overall health.

Dr. Kornelia is devoted to continuous professional growth and lifelong learning. Outside of work, she loves to travel with friends and family. She finds balance in spending time in nature and playing tennis.
