Having graduated in 2007, Dr. Varghese has gained many years of experience in general practice dentistry as well as specialist restorative dentistry in a hospital setting.

Dr. Varghese is incredibly passionate about restorative dentistry and uses techniques including Bioclear (tooth coloured) filling materials and Invisalign to enhance your smile.

Dr. Varghese offers Laser Therapy techniques to improve gummy smiles and crown lengthening to name just a couple!

Outside of work, Dr. Varghese loves baking and spending time with her family.

Puja is an Associate Dentist with Rodericks at Aldridge House Dental Practice. She has a specialist interest in Endodontics and is currently accepting referrals with us.

After completing her undergraduate training at The Leeds Dental Institute, Puja has gained vast experience in general dentistry. Puja has also extended her role further and is a Clinical Advisor to clinicians for Rodericks within Are North 1.

Over the last 8 years, she has pursued her passion for Endodontics and has embarked on various post graduate courses and is currently enrolled on the Masters in Endodontics programme at the University of Chester. This has enabled Puja to enhance her knowledge and skills so that she is able to accept referrals for more complex and challenging cases.

Manoj has completed his initial dental education (BDS) in 1995 and his MSc (Implantology) in 2011. His work is exclusively limited to Implantology, and he has been placing and restoring implants since 2001.

Dr Bhatia's special interest is dental Implantology. He has completed his Diploma (2009) and Masters (2011) in the same from the University of Central Lancashire (Preston – UK) and is an Associate Fellow of the College of General Dentistry. In addition, he has attended various advanced courses nationally and internationally including the Masters course in Bone grafting and Sinus lift from the University of Bern (Switzerland).

Dr Bhatia is one of only a few dental surgeons to hold a Master's of Science (MSc) in Implant dentistry. He has placed and restored many implants from the straightforward to more complex cases. His case portfolio includes a complete range of cases including full mouth rehabilitation, sinus lifts and bone grafts. He is a Senior Clinical teacher (Implantology), a Clinical Supervisor and an examiner at the University of Central Lancashire. He is an implant mentor for VSS Academy, Rodericks Dental, Osstem UK and The University of Central Lancashire and runs their MSc Implant centre at Halesowen. He is a key opinion leader for Osstem UK.

His other interest away from dentistry includes travelling, golf and swimming. He is also involved in alternative healing and is a trained Reiki Master.

Dr. Murtaza completed his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery across different hospitals in the UK, gaining valuable experience in all aspects of Oral Surgery. Having his own Minor Surgery list in one of these hospitals, Dr. Murtaza performed all types of extractions, including wisdom teeth, independently. During this time, Dr. Murtaza also completed his MFDS (Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons, Edinburgh) and LDS (Licentiate in Dental Surgery, London).

After 6 years of experience in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Dr. Murtaza completed his fellowship exam in Oral Surgery and Oral Medicine (FFD) in Dublin.

This has enabled an opportunity to gain valuable experience in all aspects of dentistry working as a General Dentist with a special interest in Oral Surgery.
