Chief Of Business Development

Richard Holmes

My role in the group has developed from joining Dental Partners in October 2017, as Business Development Director where we grew the group to 65 practices, underpinned by two key principles – seamless dentistry and best place to work.

As part of Rodericks Dental Partners we are 226 practices and labs strong. My career in dentistry started in May 2002 with Oasis Dental Care (now BUPA) where I worked for nearly 10 years holding a number of roles including Area Manager, Business Development Manager, National Operations Manager and Head of New Business. In 2012 I joined the My Dentist acquisitions team before taking the role of Director of Commissioning where my team looked after all aspects of communication and contract management with the NHS covering England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Prior to corporate dentistry after university, I worked for a large travel company as an Operations Manager based overseas for 8 years. I have three children (well, more young adults) and enjoy running, swimming, watching sports and spending time with family and friends.

Head of Acquisitions

Chloe Whittle

I have worked in the dental industry for over 10 years in various business development roles with a particular focus on acquisitions.

I started my career at mydentist working as part of the lead generation team building relationships with practice owners looking to sell their practices and supporting them through the process to offer. I also undertook roles in commissioning, tendering and recruitment.

I have since worked as an Acquisition Manager at two smaller private focused dental groups as M&A Manager focusing on practices sales from day one until completion.

My role at Rodericks Dental Partners is to review acquisition opportunities, meet with practice owners and support them with the transaction through to completion.

Outside of work i enjoy spending time with my young family, playing netball and walks in the countryside.

Head of Integration

Dave Mantle

Having previously worked extensively across the retail-leisure and hospitality industry I transitioned into the dental market in 2014 when joining {my}dentist.

I held operational roles such as Area Manager, Operations Development Manager and National Business Development roles within the organisation as well as strategic and central-based roles within the organisation.

I have also worked with Bupa Dental Care & Total Orthodontics where I headed up specialist-led markets within the orthodontic segment of the Business and held the position of Head of Laboratories

I joined Rodericks Dental Partners in 2023, initially holding the title of Head of Private and Specialist before moving into a dual role as Head of Integrations and Laboratories.

My role at Rodericks Dental Partners is to ensure that post-completion the vendor, associates and practice support team are supported and listened to throughout the journey and that all activities are as seamless as possible.

Outside of work, my interests as sports, music, and all aspects of Americana. I have two daughters and a Utonagan dog who keep me very busy.

Acquisition Transaction Controller

Joy Gittus

I have worked in the dental industry for over 40 years, starting as a Dental Nurse progressing through the ranks to Practice Manager, during this time I studied for BSc hons degree in Biology at Keele University, graduating in 1994.

The practice was then acquired by a large dental corporate and this was the pivotal point in my career. Being part of a large organisation gave me the opportunity to train and develop myself, I moved into an Integration Manager role and loved every minute.

I eventually headed up a great Integration team of eight people and a Training team of two, during this time as a team we helped to build the business portfolio adding 40 plus new practices. I now work within the Business Development team at Rodericks Dental Partners, supporting the transaction element of acquisitions and overseeing all the projects within our portfolio.

I feel very fortunate to work with amazing people with a wealth of knowledge and experience, Rodericks Dental Partners is the best place to work!
