Head of Integration

Faye Gibson

I have been with Rodericks Dental Partners for five years, starting with 85 practices and since then, have acquired 138 practices, making our current group total 220+ practices. Not only have we grown in practices numbers but, the team has grown from myself and two others to a full department with a wealth of clinical and business development experience.

My role involves being the main contact for the sellers during the acquisition process. To ensure we hit the targeted timelines for completion, I work very closely with the sellers with Due Diligence collation, lease and sales agreement negotiation as well as being on hand to support with any queries they may have. I have a fantastic team of Integration Managers who work alongside the acquisition practice teams to handhold them through the first few weeks of ‘firsts’ and ensure that everyone involved is motivated and comfortable with what is going on.

Chief Of Business Development

Richard Holmes

As part of Rodericks Dental Partners, I have the opportunity to work with capable and enthusiastic teams passionate about improving people’s lives through our work.

As a Business Development team, we are committed to growing our group of practices, helping deliver our values and being best in class in what we do.

My role in the group has developed from joining Dental Partners in October 2017, as Business Development Director where we grew the group to 65 practices, underpinned by two key principles – seamless dentistry and best place to work.

As part of Rodericks Dental Partners we are 222 practices and labs strong. My career in dentistry started in May 2002 with Oasis Dental Care (now BUPA) where I worked for nearly 10 years holding number of roles including Area Manager, Business Development Manager, National Operations Manager and Head of New Business. In 2012 I joined the My Dentist acquisitions team before taking the role of Director of Commissioning where my team looked after all aspects of communication and contract management with the NHS covering England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales. Prior to corporate dentistry after university, I worked for a large travel company as Operations Manager based overseas for 8 years. I have three children (well, more young adults) and enjoy running, swimming, watching sport and spending time with family and friends.

Head of Acqusition

Steve McCarron

I’m Steve McCarron Head of Acquisitions at Rodericks Dental Partners.

I started working in the dental industry in 2008 as a Commissioning Manager, then quickly moved into a Merger & Acquisition role.

Over the years as an Acquisition Manager I have negotiated hundreds of deals, which has given me a deep insight regarding the needs of a someone looking to sell. I have developed an ever increasing knowledge & understanding of the dental industry, enabling me to successfully identify and match the needs of the individual who is looking to sell, therefore ensuring a successful outcome for both parties.

A key learning from my experience over the years is to always understand the individual requirements from a sale. Whether it’s retirement, going back to having time to talk to your patients, or maybe a better work life balance. Understanding these elements through honest and transparent conversation is the key to a successful sale. I believe the key to success is knowledge & experience, but also working within a successful team. Ensuring we all have one objective, to make sure all parties are completely happy with the agreed deal.

Acquisition Transaction Controller

Joy Gittus

I have worked in the dental industry for over 40 years, starting as a Dental Nurse progressing through the ranks to Practice Manager, during this time I studied for BSc hons degree in Biology at Keele University, graduating in 1994.

The practice was then acquired by a large dental corporate and this was the pivotal point in my career. Being part of a large organisation gave me the opportunity to train and develop myself, I moved into an Integration Manager role and loved every minute.

I eventually headed up a great Integration team of eight people and a Training team of two, during this time as a team we helped to build the business portfolio adding 40 plus new practices. I now work within the Business Development team at Rodericks Dental Partners, supporting the transaction element of acquisitions and overseeing all the projects within our portfolio.

I feel very fortunate to work with amazing people with a wealth of knowledge and experience, Rodericks Dental Partners is the best place to work!
