What's involved in the sale criteria?

I want to continue seeing patients after the sale completes, is that possible?

Yes absolutely.

Many dentists who sell their practice to Rodericks Dental Partners choose to continue seeing patients while enjoying the many advantages that selling to Rodericks Dental Partners brings.

Having the clinical freedom to continue to treat your patients without having the burden of managing the practice is usually a hugely positive experience and also our vast array of in-house CPD and clinical events is very welcomed.

What type of practice does Rodericks Dental Partners want to buy?

Rodericks Dental Partners will consider every type of practice that is brought to us.

Our priority is making sure the practice and the team can fit within our ethos and values so that this becomes a successful relationship.

How long will the due diligence process take?

We aim to work with you to complete the DD process within 8-10 weeks of our offer being accepted.  We are able to come to your practice (out of hours if necessary), to assist with the collation of documents and work through the entire pack with you.

If my practice is held in a Limited Company does this make a difference to the sale?

No.

The sale process is very similar to the Partnership route, although often can be quicker due to less CQC or HIW involvement.

Do I have to accept a private target?

No. We are very happy to support dentists who wish to focus on NHS treatment. However, if you want to develop your private practice, we are 110% behind you with investment in surgeries, equipment, training, specialist support staff, finance, plan and marketing. Your success is our success.
