What is the sale process?

Who will need to tell the team, and when?

As the seller, we think that it is important that you inform the team about your decision for choosing Rodericks Dental Partners. We will then arrange a ‘Welcome Meeting’, to meet with the Rodericks Dental Partners team and answer any questions that they may have. We do ask that the team are told around four weeks prior to the completion date, in order to get them as prepared as possible and also, we can arrange for them to join our huge range of engagement and CPD events as soon as you are ready.

How long will the acquisition process take?

We are very experienced at this process and aim to complete the whole process within 12-16 weeks, dependant on CQC / NHS timescales which usually fit within this timescale.

What changes will there be?

There will be no changes to the practice team or to their current terms. Whilst we try to reduce the number of changes where possible, there may be some changes to day-to-day processes as a lot of these will now be done by the Support Centre. The biggest change you will see as the vendor, is the ability to care for your patients, without the added pressure of the daily tasks of running a successful dental practice.

What happens at sale completion?

The Integration team have two Integration Managers who will be supporting your practice for 4-6 weeks post completion.  The Integration Manager will be in practice from Day 1 and will hand hold the team through the start of the few weeks of ‘firsts’, to make sure that everyone feels supported and motivated for the new relationship.
