What if I'm an FD+1, but I don't want to take part in the scheme?

As an FD+1 you are a self-employed associate like every other dentist at Rodericks Dental Partners.

We understand everyone is on their own journey, so you can use the scheme as needed for the level of support that's suitable for you. There is no obligation to attend any event, and you can continue to benefit from the one-to-one support that is available 7 days a week.

How much does it cost to join the FD+1 scheme?

Nothing at all! All the hands-on days, remote sessions and support is completely free for you to use as needed.

Are there any other benefits of joining Rodericks Dental Partners as an FD+1?

We want you to develop, so as well as the extensive support and mentoring that is available, all FD+1's who join Rodericks Dental Partners will be enrolled onto the InvisalignGo course for a hugely discounted rate of £99, and you will have access to our CPD club.

How do I apply?

All Rodericks Dental Partners practices take part in the scheme. On joining a practice you will be given details of the Rodericks Dental Partners 2 day FD+1 induction event. The event will be a chance to meet and network with other FD+1's. The induction event includes a hands on day on composite bonding, rotary endo, photography and whitening...all completely free.
