Chief Clinical Officer

Cathie Brady

Within dentistry, I'm particularly interested in postgraduate dental education and have developed an extensive postgraduate offering for Rodericks Dental Partners’ dentists which is aimed at supporting their skills development. I also enjoy regulatory compliance, having worked within the General Dental Council for many years assisting dentists who qualified overseas to enable them to work within the UK.

Shalin Mehra

I am passionate about the training, development and mentoring of newly qualified dentists having had many roles within Health Education England and now NHS England Workforce Training and Education. I have previously been a trainer/educational supervisor, training programme director, regional advisor, CBD tutor, and dental faculty development advisor for a number of  years. I am currently the associate postgraduate dental Dean for foundation training for Thames Valley and Wessex and Chairman of Rodericks Dental Partners.

Head of Clinical Services

Muhammad Jasat

I joined the clinical team in 2020 as a clinical advisor, and progressed to Head of Clinical Services. I lead a team of field based Clinical Advisors who support our Dentists, Hygienists and Therapists in delivering good quality effective care to their patients, and assist them in their professional development. I continue to work in practice as a GDP, and support our Foundation Dentists in their first year.

Dhaval Shah

I started in 2017 and although beginning a new career in a new country was daunting, I was warmly welcomed and helped at every step of the way. And even after five years, I’m really happy with my career path. I feel empowered to learn and pursue the areas of dentistry that I want to specialise in, such as surgical treatments and dental implants. And support is always on hand if you need it from management, who are committed to making things as easy as possible for you.

Aisha Aziz

My career so far has been quite a journey. I started here in 2014, as a trainee dental nurse and this led very quickly to head nurse and line manager. I’m passionate about self-development and creating meaningful experiences, and my career is an extension of that passion. I’m always looking at ways I can improve and working every day to make progress and move forward. Rodericks Dental Partners are great because if you’re that type of person too, you’ll be welcomed with open arms.

Leanne Harvey

I have a level 5 diploma in Practice Management, and NEBDN certificates in Dental Nursing and Radiography. I have been in dentistry since the age of 17, starting as a Trainee Nurse,
developing my career to Lead Nurse, Practice Manager and now Business Development
Manager. I enjoy working with my team and everyone at the Support Centre. My
goal is to make sure that all of the practices in my area feel supported and
work in a safe family environment.

Roxy Reddington

I have a level 5 Team leader and management. NEBDN certificate in Dental nursing. I have been in dentistry for 17years - starting as a trainee nurse, leading to lead nurse, practice manager and now business development manager. My role is very much practice based and I pride myself on my great relationships with my team and the support centre.

Overseas Recruiter

Gemma Woodhead

I completed my Degree in Events Management in Birmingham in 2019, after which I began my career with Rodericks Dental Partners and have been here for just over 4 years now. Starting out as a Recruitment Resourcer, learning the ropes of recruitment and dentistry. My expertise is within overseas process, mentorship programme and sponsorship and I’ve been in my role as Overseas Recruiter for the last year and a half, and have really enjoyed supporting overseas qualified dentists make the move to the UK as well as those already located here, and seeing them begin their career within NHS Dentistry.

Ashley Lillyman

I have 10 years’ recruitment experience, with 6 of those spent in Dental Recruitment. I currently manage a team of 16, covering initial engagement and attraction of candidates, through to compliance and on-boarding. My role at Rodericks Dental Partners is to oversee the whole recruitment lifecycle for clinical roles.

Marie Coombs

I started in 2008 at Rodericks Dental Partners, working alongside the Workforce Director drafting contracts and onboarding. I've had various roles alongside this role with the Directors of the Company in a PA role; organising meetings, taking minutes etc but throughout all my roles, I've always been involved with onboarding in some regard.
