This year’s campaign is focused on #InspireInclusion, aiming to promote equality across communities, businesses and families around the world. It’s about squashing gender bias, banishing stereotypes and fighting discrimination at every level.
This is also a passion we share at Rodericks Dental Partners, where we do everything we can to create inclusive and supportive environments for our practice and support colleagues. Firstly, we provide excellent dental care to hundreds of thousands of patients in England and Wales, all with different needs, different histories and different concerns. We have a responsibility to deliver dental services to all these people in an appropriate, respectful and inclusive way – which is something we take very seriously in all of our practices.
